We have moved our site to another server hence the downtime.  Unfortunately the prior host let us down quite badly and their support was poor to say the least - so we took the decision to move.  If cost us in time/lost orders etc, but we are hoping once we ramp up some more upgrades that the new server performance will be significantly improved.
