WITH REGRET, WE HAVE STOPPED SHIPPING TO SOUTHERN IRELAND DUE TO PERSISTENT PROBLEMS WITH ANPOST CUSTOMS.
EU - WE ARE NOW TRIALING DDP (DELIVERY DUTIES PAID) / IOSS FOR OUR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS UP TO 150 EURO - ORDERS ABOVE THIS WILL BE SUBJECT TO TAXES AND HANDLING CHARGES.
In the checkout, when you select your full address, the tax calculation will be updated automatically. This will be submitted to the relevant authorities, which means no duties or charges will be payable upon receipt of your order.
Exceptions: If Tax cannot be collected on your countries behalf, there will be a notice advising that taxes and charges will be payable upon receipt.
As a result of this new system, our delivery charge has increased to cover processing fees chargeable by our EU intermediary for Tax purposes, however this is much more cost effective for you the customer, as there should be no handling fees or taxes payable upon receipt
NON EU - CUSTOMERS MAY STILL BE LIABLE FOR HANDLING CHARGES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY.
WE STILL CAN NOT GUARANTEE A SPEEDY DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMS DELAYS IN MOST COUNTRIES - SO PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. THANK YOU.
Orders are posted within 7 working days after placing your order dependent on various factors such as the current order queue and complexity of the order.
Please note: The times quoted are the time we take to post the order ie take them to the Royal Mail or the courier service, you have to allow extra time for the postal service to deliver the item to you, on top of the times we quote. You will receive a shipping confirmation on the day we post the item.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on public holidays and a specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.

DELAYS
We cannot accept a claim for loss unless 10 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered as detailed on the Royal Mail website.
