A legally binding contract is formed once we issue a written Order Confirmation.
All essential information—product characteristics, pricing (including VAT/delivery), and our identity—is clearly provided before you purchase.

2. Goods & Specifications

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in photos and descriptions, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your display settings.
Bespoke Nature: Our graphics are custom-made to your requirements (size, colour, and text). It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate. We cannot accept liability for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Regulatory Changes: We reserve the right to update specifications if required by safety or legal regulations.

3. Pricing & Payment

Current Rates: The price shown on our website at the time of order is the price you pay. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will contact you immediately.
VAT & Delivery: VAT and delivery costs are calculated at the final stage of checkout.
Advance Payment: Full payment via our secure providers is required before we begin manufacturing your goods.

4. Delivery

Dispatch Times: Orders are typically posted within 7 working days. This is the time required to manufacture your item and hand it to the carrier (Royal Mail or courier).
Risk: We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
International Orders: Deliveries outside the UK may take up to 3 weeks due to customs and local factors.

5. Warranty & Liability

12-Month Guarantee: We guarantee our products for one year. Please note that vinyl lifespan is affected by UV exposure, climate, and the quality of surface preparation during installation.
Events Outside Our Control: We are not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events (e.g., power failures, extreme weather, strikes). If such an event lasts longer than 14 days, we may cancel the contract and issue a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including designs, logos, text, and images—is the property of our trading company, 'Vinyl Cut Graphics'. Reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without written permission.
