Most of our products are custom made to your size and specifications, therefore most orders are exempt from some parts of the UK distance selling regulations. In particular, you cannot order a custom made product, then return it simply because you have changed your mind. If you are unsure before ordering a product, please feel free to check with us any dimensions, sizes, colour, spelling and any other details before ordering a custom product.
- If you are unfortunate enough to have received a faulty or incorrect order, we will gladly send you a replacement.
- In most cases if we supply a defective or incorrect product, we will not ask you to return the item, however if we are able to re-use, resell or for our quality control measures, we will provide you with a pre-paid return lablel if we require the items to be returned.
- In some circumstances, we may ask for photographic evidence to speed up any claim for replacement. If you have an incorrect decal this allows us to quickly see what is wrong with your order, allowing us to get your order corrected as quickly as possible
- We can not be held responsible for incorrectly or badly installed products. We strongly advise you read the instructions and pay particular attention to cleaning. Above all, take your time when installing your decal. We understand mistakes happen and always try to be sympathetic when things go wrong - just let us know what has happened and we will do our best to help.
