Are the colours shown on the guide the same as what I will get?

Due to computer screen limitations, colours may vary. If you need an exact match, please request a colour sample.

Can I get a colour sample?

Yes — colour samples can be ordered here.

Can I have a product made to a size not listed on the site?

Yes, subject to technical limitations. Contact us with the product name and required dimensions.

Can I have a custom or different font?

Yes — email us the font name or file and we will confirm whether we can use it.

Can I install vinyl on a freshly painted vehicle/boat?

We recommend waiting a minimum of 30 days for the paint to fully cure before installing vinyl graphics.

Do 2-colour (shadowed) graphics come in two layers?

No — unlike most companies, we pre-layer our graphics so you do not have to align multiple layers.

How long will the vinyl graphics last?

Cut vinyl graphics are produced using premium 7–10 year grade vinyl (manufacturer rating). Actual lifespan varies depending on UV exposure, surface preparation, colour choice and installation quality.

How do you send out your orders?

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, though couriers may be used depending on size/weight.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, though this may extend during busy periods. If your order is urgent, let us know and we will try to help.

Can I order by phone?

Yes – call us on 01644 625 001 with your product names and sizes.

Where are you located – can I pick up my order?

We do not currently offer a collection facility — we operate as a mail-order only business.

Can I wash my vehicle/boat after installing vinyl graphics?

We recommend waiting a few days before washing or waxing — ideally wash by hand.

Do you provide fitting instructions?

Yes — fitting instructions are included with every order. If yours are missing, contact us and we will resend them.

My graphics arrived in a roll and some application tape has lifted

Unroll the graphics and leave them in a warm room. Gently rub the tape down from the centre outward using a squeegee or bank card.

Will the lettering damage the painted surface of my vehicle/boat?

Vinyl will not harm a sound painted surface. However, poor-quality or unstable paint may lift when vinyl is removed due to strong adhesive.
